Hello and welcome!
My name is Vannifar & this website is a community made combo collection showcasing what I can do in cEDH.
It is developed & maintained by Kortes. Anything on here is discussed on the community Discord. Thanks to everyone who contributes to making me as competetive as possible. Special thanks to Desdenova, Prime Speaker Chuck, memeknight & Mystic.
My decklists & combos have been brewed since 2020 or so — feel free to join! Every new release of cards is a blast to scour through and try to find pieces that opens up new pod-chain lines!

What is a "pod-chain"?
In Magic the Gathering "pod", "podding" or "pod-chain" refers to the card "Birthing Pod". It's the idea of going up a chain of creatures for little to no resources to ultimately win.
Podding in cEDH
Podding is very straight forward on surface level. Given that I don't have a mana cost attached to my ability to pod I can simply go through a slew of creatures in an instant.
What is a "split"?
Just going up the chain, one by one, is easy enough. However, that only gets us to a bigger creature. The goal is to end up in a winning board state. Over on the Discord we coined the term "split" to describe what it means to essentially "generate more pod targets".
The bread and butter

How to actually win
The cards above has been very specifically chosen to demostrate how pod-chains typically starts. There are thousands of simic-colored creatures to choose from but these are the ones that truly matters. To browse all combos visit Combos. Here are a few boardstates that you will end up in when winning with me as your commander:
